Aldenham's good run continued last weekend but they had to twice come from behind on an icy pitch.
Opponents Hadley took an early lead but two first half Dave Denty strikes put the Blues into the driving seat.
It could have been more as both Paul Stevens and Pete Holmes went close, while Darren Wadkins had a header disallowed for a marginal offside.
Then Hadley equalised after a deflection off Aldenham's skipper Tim Shepherd wrongfooted the keeper and man of the match Richard Langford.
After the break Aldenham fired in their third goal through Paul Stevens, who took advantage of a slip by Hadley's keeper, although Hadley netted for a third time as well.
This period also saw the return of Aldenham's club captain Nick Gynne after a lengthy time out.
