CHILDREN from Darrick Wood Junior School, Orpington, are to climb on board a pioneering road show when the National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) brings the Listening Bus to the region.
The Listening Bus, currently in Kent as part of a four-year UK road show, is a mobile exhibition of technical aids and equipment to help deaf children and adults.
The bus will call at Darrick Wood Primary School's Hearing Impaired Unit, Orpington, on Thursday, February 15, from 10am to 4pm.
NDCS chief executive Susan Daniels said: “The Listening Bus is providing a vital service for families in the heart of the community.”
