Pickpockets operating in Borehamwood's high street escaped with a wallet containing cash, driving licence and credit cards after bumping into a shopper.

Three men stumbled into the path of a 25-year-old victim, who discovered his wallet missing from his jacket when he went to draw money from the bank. Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the incident which took place on July 13 at around 6.15pm.

The first suspect was white, aged 19, 5ft 10ins tall with blond hair and was wearing a blue jacket, yellow t-shirt, jeans and trainers.

The second was Asian, also aged 19, 5ft 8ins tall with short black hair and long sideburns, and was wearing a dark jumper, dark trousers and jeans. The third man was white, aged 24, 5ft 5ins tall, of stocky build with short light brown hair and was wearing jeans and a jacket.
