All over the country, preparations are underway to celebrate the new Millennium, and the borough of Hertsmere is no exception.
Many residents are already making plans to mark the huge event, and Hertsmere Borough Council would like to hear about them as it is adopting a co-ordinating role with the aim of assisting groups and organisations with their plans, and helping them to attract new audiences to their activities.
Hertsmere will be sending out forms for organisations to fill in about their plans. If you do not receive a form telephone its policy and development unit on 0181 207 7519.
