LEISURETIME is helping to find the next Shakespeare right here in south east London.
Churchill Theatre, in Bromley High Street, is offering theatre-lovers the chance to write a drama.
The first prize is the opportunity to see your work performed live on stage at the theatre on May 16.
Entrants have to write a piece of original drama of no more than 15 minutes in length and for a maximum of six characters. Categories are 12 to 16-year-olds, 17 to 22-year-olds and 22-years-old and over. This year's theme is Restoration.
To enter, request an information pack from The Churchill's education officer on 020 8464 7131. The deadline is Friday, April 19.
If you can't wait to get pen to paper, a monthly writers' group meets at the theatre. Call 020 8464 7131 to find out more.
