Beckenham's revival continued with a well-deserved 15-8 win over Guildford & Godalming in tough conditions.
Give the weather, Beckenham deserved so much credit for still trying to play expansive rugby and their ambition was rewarded by two first-half tries for Tim Whitehead and Tim Keddy.
Although in the second half Beckenham could only score one more try from Richard Garland, the opposition never managed to impose themselves and their try came too late to threaten an upset.
This weekend, Beckenham play Gravesend at home (kick-off 2.15pm).
