YOUNGSTERS in a Bexleyheath school will find out more about the final frontier when a former US astronaut drops in.
Don Lind is to visit Bexleyheath School, in Graham Road, on February 18.
Don was on the support crew for the Apollo 11 moon landing and served as a backup pilot on the Skylab 3 and 4 missions.
He has subsequently taken on an 18-month assignment as a goodwill ambassador for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Admission is free.
