* The Jubilate Choir present an evening of seasonal songs on Saturday, December 1, at St John's Church, Auckland Road, Upper Norwood.
The programme includes Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on Christmas Carols and Bach's Christmas Oratorio parts I and VI. The musical director is Janet Haney and the organist for the performance is Andrew Arthur. Tickets are £7.50 (concessions £6.50) children £2, from choir members or at the door on the night.
* The Jesus International Outreach Ministries are holding a Gospel Concert and Dance on Saturday, December 1, at 7pm. This will be held in the Samuel Coleridge Taylor Centre in Selhurst Road, South Norwood.
Performances by various gospel artists and dancing will be hosted by rev Lijertwood. Tickets for children are £4 (age five to ten years) and £8 for 11 year olds upwards. Call 07951 661054 to book or by tickets at the door.
