WILLIAM TINNINGSeptember 21 2007

Police have appealed for help in tracing a vulnerable young woman who has been missing for almost two weeks.

Vicky Kerr, 20, was last seen by staff at Inglefield Street Women's Hostel in Govanhill, Glasgow, at 4.45pm on Sunday, September 9. She had just moved into a room in the hostel earlier in the day.

None of her friends or family have seen her since that date.

Ms Kerr is understood to suffer from Asperger's Syndrome and is also receiving medication for depression.

She is described as 5ft 2in, of slim build with red hair that is almost always tied up. She has green eyes, a fair complexion and a pierced right eyebrow.

When last seen she was wearing a black fleece jacket, a green T-shirt, blue denims and was carrying a blue rucksack.
