CHARLTON Athletic in association with Guru Nanak FC are holding an open evening of football fun for youngsters in Gravesham and the surrounding areas.
The joint venture will kick start the Addicks' latest advanced training centre and is open to all youngsters under the age of nine. It takes place on Wednesday October 28 at 6.30pm at Gravesend Rugby Club.
"The club is very proud to be involved in the community scheme with Charlton," said Nirmal Dingri, chairman of Guru Nanak FC.
Charlton Athletic's community officer Jason Morgan said he was looking for talented players at the session. "I'm hoping we're going to find some players who will work their way all the way through the club system," he said. Those chosen to attend the academy after the open evening will be required to pay a fee.
