A video of the highlights of this year's town festival is part of the 1998 Festival Public Meeting at Allum Hall, Allum Lane, Elstree, on Monday, September 21 at 8pm. The event will start with a brief report on the two-week festival. Paul Welsh, entertainments officer, said: "We would welcome your comments on this year's festival, and any suggestions for 1999, or just come and enjoy the evening."
