AT least 17 schools are to compete in the Rotary athletics sports meeting on Sunday at the National Centre at Crystal Palace. It's free to get in and starts at 1pm. The schools competing are: Addey & Stanhope, Alwyn, Bromley High, Burntwood, Chestnut Grove, Hatcham Wood, Langley Park, Norwood, Plumstead Manor, Prendergast, Sedgehill, St Michael's, Stockwell Park, Walworth, Warwick Park, Wilson's and Woolwich Polytechnic.
Rotary, in its 49th year of sponsoring this event, is a service organisation of business and professional leaders united worldwide, which conduct humanitarain projects, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and work towards world-wide understanding and peace.
