Paxman looks for a top spot
Ewell racing driver Tony Paxman is hoping for his best season yet in the Eurocar Saloon Championship.
Despite a six month break, Paxman was seventh in the opening round of this year's championships at Mallory Park after recording his best ever performance in qualifying.
Alan in finals
Tadworth's Alan Freeman is fighting for the Amateur Boxing Association's All England title on Saturday, May 9. The 24-year-old postman from Station Approach is set to represent the Epsom and Ewell Boxing Club at the ABA's National Finals after winning four tough welterweight bouts in the last month.
Allsorts races
Time is running out to enter the Epsom Allsorts Club's annual 5K and 10K road races. Taking place at Horton Country Park on Sunday, May 10, the races are open to women of all ages and abilities and organisers are hoping for a huge turnout to mark the club's 11th anniversary.
