BROMLEY was again topping the charts in a poll of cash machines.

This time it was competing against some of the busiest shopping areas in Britain to find the busiest machines.

Last month Bromley's Abbey National cash machine in the High Street splashed out an amazing £1,162,120 in used notes. It worked out at around £39,000 every day.

Although Bromley came in tenth, at the top of the list was a Barclay's machine in the gigantic Lakeside shopping centre. The machine romped home with £1,711,720 per month.
