A CHARITY buffet at the Ivory restaurant in Loudwater on Thursday will raise funds for a new wheelchair for Loretta Kyete.
Loretta, 50, of Haddenham, has used a wheelchair since breaking her back at the age of 18.
Her husband Geoff says: "She has been amazingly active in her wheelchair but in recent years has been suffering a lot of pain, which the specialists say is because she needs a different wheelchair which costs £3,000."
The Ivory restaurant is putting on the buffet evening with entertainment to help raise the funds. Anyone is welcome and entry is £20, with half going to the fund.
