Hendon have 18 Ryman League Premier Division matches to play in 43 days after Saturday's scheduled home match with Aldershot was washed out, their 13th league postponement.
With England meeting Finland in the crucial World Cup qualifier on Saturday, Hendon have agreed to bring forward their fixture against Hampton & Richmond Borough to 12.30pm.
Hampton's victory over second-placed Gravesend on Saturday lifted them to fifth in the table.
Then on Monday, Hendon entertain Hitchin Town.
The Canaries were on the wrong end of a 3-1 scoreline at Billericay on Saturday, but sit comfortably in mid-table, with 41 points from 31 games (Hendon are six points behind with eight games in hand).
When the two teams met at Top Field earlier this season, Hendon came back from 2-0 and 3-2 down to draw 3-3, thanks to a brace from Warren Kelly and a fine strike from Dale Binns.
Two Hendon players have left the club in the past few days. Goalkeeper Andy Iga signed for Hitchin Town and made his debut for them last Saturday.
He started this season as first choice, but a run of poor form and illness saw him out of the side and he made just seven appearances this year.
The other player to join a new club is reserve midfielder Ossie Hasan, who has jumped at the chance of first-team football at Cheshunt.
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
