I am fed up with every paper and the News Shopper's front pages, always publicising terrible crime and murders.
I will not read papers now as there is too much of the same news! I bin them.
As a new tenant here, I have enough to deal with without reading all this crime news.
There is no intellectual reading in the press anymore. Decent people would like nice stories, or good fiction stories in a paper.
Life is stressful enough without all this coming through the door. There is too much of it on TV too, plus all the violent programmes. I use the library and choose what I want to read!

What do you think? Does Mrs Joyce have a point about there being too much crime in the news?
Or do you think it is the media's duty to report what is going on, no matter how horrible? If you have a view write to us at the above address.
