THE green-fingered will be flocking to Bexley this weekend for the borough's biggest garden festival.
The festival, in Hall Place, Bourne Road, includes lots for the serious gardener as well as fun for the whole family.
The event will also play host to the Bexley Horticultural Show .
As well as commercial gardening stalls there will be vintage garden machinery, horticultural salvage, a demonstration of solar power for gardening buildings and a help desk for gardening problems.
Children can make cress heads and plant lavender to take home with Mr Rotivator, dress scarecrows, learn circus skills and ride on Trigger the Train.
Other attractions include duck races on the river, a bygone games area featuring six games such as quoits, lawn horseshoes and croquet, a floral trail and refreshments.
The festival is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is £3 (£2 concessions). Children and parking are free but no dogs are allowed.
