A UNITED Nations boss has donned his walking boots and set off on a 160-mile coastal walk to raise money for an anti-racism campaign.
Malcolm Harper, director of the United Nations Association (UNA) in Great Britain, will be walking along the Saxon Shore Way from Gravesend to Hastings, Sussex. He took his first steps from the Ferry Pier last week and will take in Sandwich and Dover before reaching his destination tomorrow (Thursday). Sponsor money will go towards the UNA's anti-racism in schools campaign.
Mr Harper said: “Anti-racism is still an urgent priority in our schools and we are working on a series of projects at the moment.”
