CHILDREN from a Bexleyheath primary school were the guest singers at an annual choir festival hosted by the Salvation Army.
The choir, from Pelham Primary School, was the only children's choir invited to the festival at St Martin's Church, Erith Road, Barnehurst.
The children were invited to take part because the school has two units for hearing-impaired children and the collection at the festival was in aid of the Bexley Deaf Children's Society.
The school has already received three letters of praise for its performance and the collection raised more than £1,000.
