HUNDREDS of people filled Woolwich Town Hall to watch youngsters performing in a fund-raising talent show to raise money for a special needs project.
More than 30 young people from Griffen Manor Special School, Greenwich Young Peoples Theatre and youth clubs across the borough, performed during the event.
A crowd of more than 440 people was enthralled by a wide variety of performances including singing, dancing, acting and steel drum playing by pupils from Griffen Manor, in Swingate Lane, Plumstead.
The highly-successful event was co-ordinated by Tammi Gillett and Shah Islam from the Children and Young Peoples Service, which is part of Greenwich Youth Services.
