DARTFORDIANS second XV maintained its unbeaten record with a comprehensive 49-5 win away to Sevenoaks.

A brace of tries for both full-back Dave Stening and scrum-half Howard Evans resulted from a solid performance by the pack in which No.8 Nick Byram was outstanding.

Fly-half Bradley Jones opened the scoring and winger Gary Cirillo also touched down, while Guy Farland was another on the scoresheet with a try just before half-time.

Man-of-the-match was hooker Simon Farland, who capped his superb individual performance with a touchdown, and the scoring was completed by centre John Bucksey, who came on as a late second half substitute.

The first XVs game was cancelled at the last minute, but they return to league action on Saturday away to Eastbourne, while the 2nd XV play Charlton Park at Bourne Road at noon.
