SIDCUP Rugby Club captain Martin Leamon did a one-man destruction
job against Crawley on Saturday.
Apart from a penalty try, awarded when he was obstructed, the outside-half scored all of his teams points,
as Sidcup recovered from a 12-6 half-time deficit to win 23-12.
Crawley looked to be fielding a much stronger side than the one they put out in their home game against Sidcup last month, but thanks to
Leamon his side won by way of two goals and three penalties against a goal and a try.
Facing the wind in the first half, Sidcup started well but by half-time wers six points adrift. But with the wind behind them and Leamon on fire, the complexion of the match changed.
On Saturday Sidcup visit Charlton Park. Kick off 3pm.
