Council tenants will decide how millions of pounds will be spent on their homes.
Greenwich Council is undertaking a programme to pay for renovation work to council properties and on community safety schemes. Panels have been formed in each neighbourhood to discuss allocation of the money.
Greenwich councillor Angela Cornforth said an estimated £97.5m was avialable to spend on 14 neighbourhoods.
