WATFORD'S first shopping mall, Charter Place, will be 25 years old this month.
To celebrate, Watford Council has organised events to run throughout October.
On Tuesday, October 2, a Del Boy look-a-like will launch the celebrations, with opening speeches from Deputy Mayor Ian Brown and market traders.
There will be face painting on Saturday, October 6, while forthcoming attractions include a willow workshop, tattoo art, clowns and wizards.
The celebrations will end with a Hallowe'en and masquerade workshop, and a visit by a Lily Savage look-a-like on Saturday, October 27.
Events begin at 11am and end at 3pm.
