THE Citizens Advice Bureau in Hertsmere is holding its second AGM at 7.30 on Thursday, October 18, at Clore Shalom School, Hugo Gryn Way, Shenley.
The meeting is open to the public, and will include a panel discussion on the subject of partnerships.
