A city celebrates

There were scenes of jubilation across Glasgow as the city was announced
as winner of the race to host the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

A crowd of more than 1,000 people at Old Fruitmarket venue
in the city centre went wild, as did audiences of children at the Kelvin Hall
International Sports Arena and the city's Tollcross and Scotstoun leisure centres.
