If you want to see Peter Pan this Christmas, you won't have to fly all the way to Never Never Land.

And judging by the spectacular London launch of Fairfield's pantomime last week, you'll be absolutely Hook-ed by this year's production.

The legendary Brian Blessed stars in the show as the dastardly Captain Hook, with real-life spouse Hildegard Neil featuring as Mrs Darling.

Children's TV personality Kirsten O'Brien swaps the BBC's aardvark for a tight lycra outfit to take the title role in what promises to be an unforgettable panto at Croydon's premiere venue.

Complete with stunning lasers and all the popular elements of pantomime, Peter Pan features superb effects which will allow Peter, Wendy, John and Michael to soar over the heads of the audience in a thrilling flight to the magical Never Land where time stands still and nobody ages.

Getting hold of tickets for the show is much easier than getting hold of Tinkerbell's magic dust, too.

They are on sale now from the Fairfield box office, with prices ranging from £7.50 - £15. Peter Pan runs from December 24, 1998 until January 24, 1999.
