NATIONWIDE celebrations will mark the 50th anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen's accession to the throne and we want residents to get involved.
The News Shopper plans to publish a souvenir issue filled with royalty-related stories, memories and pictures from our readers over the last half century.
If you have been knighted, made an OBE or an MBE, met the royals, served them or if you are just fanatical about all things royal, we want to hear from you.
We need stories, anecdotes, memories and pictures illustrating our links with royalty from the last 50 years. We want to know if you are organising a street party or fundraising for a royal charity or if you will play some official role in the royal celebrations.
The celebrations will culminate in the National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral on June 4, the final day of a weekend to mark the Queen's Golden Jubilee starting on Saturday, June 1.
