CLIFF Simpson will be on his feet again on Thursday at the monthly tea dance in Liston Hall. Cliff will be overseeing the music and getting dancers onto the dance floor from 2.30pm. Tea is also included in the £1 entrance fee.

BEGINNERS are particularly welcome at the Marlow Scottish Country Dance Club. This friendly, informal class meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays at Liston Hall at 8pm and dancers of all standards get together for informal evenings.

AGM of the Marlow Town Twinning Association will take place at Liston Hall on Saturday, March 9.

At the meeting it is hoped to appoint a new chairman and vice chairman as Dennis Sargeant, who has been chairman since 1987, and Mike Jackson, who has been vice chairman since the Association was founded in 1980, are both standing down, although they will remain members.

LIVE music, either piano, guitar or keyboards, is used in the Kiddley-Divey music group for pre-school children, which takes place at Court Garden Leisure Complex on Tuesday afternoons.

Playing percussion instruments and singing nursery rhymes aided by teddy bears and puppets, helps the two to four year olds learn in a lively fashion between 1.20pm and 1.50pm, while the two years and younger children get their chance from 1.55pm to 2.25pm.
