England's women cricket selectors have chosen four girls from Hayes Hurricanes Ladies' team for winter training weekends at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, next month and Egbaston, in Birmingham, during March.
Wicket-keeper Nicky Collins will be joined by club-mates Lynsey Askew, 15, Lydia Greenway, 16, and 17-year-old Natalie Lane.
Hayes Hurricanes ladies team won promotion to Division Two of the National Women's League last year and also won the National Knockout Plate in their most selective season ever.
